Services

Two ways to work together.

Both supports are funded through the NDIS. We can help you work out which line item fits, and whether one or both are the right starting point.

Psychosocial Support Coordination

Helping NDIS participants understand and implement their plan, navigate services, and build everyday capacity.

We work alongside you to make sense of your NDIS plan, connect with the right supports, and remove the friction that gets in the way of progress. What that looks like in practice: • Plan review and goal-setting that actually reflects what you want • Matching you with providers whose values fit yours • Coordinating across health, housing, education and employment • Preparing you for plan reviews so nothing important is missed • Crisis support and rapid response when life gets hard Support coordination is short-term capacity-building — our aim is for you to need us less over time, not more.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Working in partnership with people living with psychosocial disability to build resilience, hope, and self-determination.

Recovery coaching takes a longer view. It is a collaborative relationship focused on what you want your life to look like — and what it would take to get there. We draw on lived experience, trauma-informed practice, and the principles of psychosocial recovery to help you: • Make sense of mental ill-health alongside everything else • Build daily routines and skills that support wellbeing • Strengthen relationships with family, friends, and community • Develop self-advocacy and confidence in decision-making • Coordinate with mental health professionals and informal supports We meet you where you are, at the pace that is right for you.
